Software ONE, a leading software licensing business focused on the small and medium-size business (SMB) market, engaged Promontory to explore liquidity objectives for the shareholders. As the Company’s advisor, Promontory confidentially approached a select number of parties that were interested in Software ONE’s position as a growing Microsoft LAR focused on the growing SMB niche.
