Integrated Medical Partners is a collection of synergistic healthcare IT service businesses with a primary focus on revenue cycle management (RCM). IMP’s business model targets the billing system and RCM needs of both hospital-based specialists and office-based physicians throughout the central and eastern United States. The founders / management team of the Company engaged Promontory to secure institutional capital to better capitalize the business for future growth. The recapitalization not only provided access to long-term growth capital for the business, but the owners also secured an experienced investment partner while still maintaining a majority control of their Company.
