To deepen their existing services encompassing project management, site acquisition, construction management, staffing solutions, and RF engineering, FMHC desired a strategic acquisition. Promontory was engaged to advise on the acquisition of MDM Construction, Inc. which strengthened our client’s capabilities to self-perform wireless site installation, maintenance, and inspections in certain regions where FMHC would have historically subcontracted the work. The acquisition also provided FMHC talented and seasoned personnel at offices in Illinois, Arizona, and New York.
