Operating out of Milwaukee, CFG’s outsourced services encompass the delivery of brand marketing and promotional merchandise programs, incentive and recognition programs, and fulfillment and warehouse services to an expanding base of clients. CFG was introduced to Promontory as the Company was seeking professional advice and financing to address organic growth and acquisition opportunities. Promontory successfully arranged an asset-based credit facility with a new lender with a borrowing structure better suited for the Company’s growing working capital needs.
