Jeff serves as a Director of Promontory Strategy Group, where he advises owners and leadership teams on Pre-Transaction Advisory Services with a particular focus on organizational readiness, leadership effectiveness, and value creation well in advance of a liquidity or strategic event. Jeff is a seasoned CEO, board-level executive, and executive coach with more than two decades of experience leading and transforming privately held and family-owned businesses, typically in the $10 million to $200 million revenue range. His work aligns closely with PSG’s philosophy that thoughtful preparation, disciplined execution, and strong leadership are essential to achieving successful outcomes in ownership transitions, strategic M&A, and long-term growth initiatives.

Throughout his career, Jeff has repeatedly been asked to step into complex situations requiring decisive leadership and cultural transformation. He most recently served as the CEO of The Clearwing Group, a $60 million live-events production and integration company, and serves as an executive coach to C-level leaders and next-generation executives. Previously, Jeff held President and CEO roles at Bentley World Packaging, Dutchland Plastics, and B2E Solutions, where he guided companies through periods of significant change involving customer concentration risk, generational transitions, financial and banking challenges, and organizational restructuring. Across these roles, Jeff developed a reputation as a “culture change agent,” known for building high-functioning executive teams, restoring alignment, and creating clarity of vision in demanding environments.

Jeff’s leadership approach is grounded in servant leadership and a deeply people-centric philosophy. His unique ability lies in connecting with individuals, identifying their strengths, and positioning them for success—capabilities that have proven especially valuable in succession planning, management development, and pre-transaction preparation. He brings a disciplined yet empathetic style to his advisory work, emphasizing role clarity, accountability, and focus on the few priorities that drive the greatest results. At Promontory Strategy Group, Jeff complements PSG’s strategic and financial advisory capabilities by helping ownership and leadership teams strengthen culture, leadership depth, and organizational readiness—ensuring businesses are not only transaction-ready but positioned to thrive long after a transaction is complete.
