Edward is a Director with Promontory Strategy Group, where he supports privately held and family-led businesses across a range of strategic advisory, succession planning, and transaction-related engagements. Edward works closely with senior team members and clients to deliver rigorous financial analysis, industry and market research, and valuation support that informs critical strategic and capital allocation decisions.
Prior to joining PSG, Edward was an Associate with Promontory Pont Capital where he was actively involved in investment banking and strategic advisory assignments, contributing to the evaluation of strategic alternatives, preparation of transaction materials, and execution support for mergers and acquisitions, ownership transitions, and capital-raising initiatives. He also plays an important role in maintaining and expanding PSG’s network of private equity firms, strategic acquirers, and capital providers, helping ensure strong market connectivity on behalf of clients. Outside of PSG, Edward leads Quantamental Capital, a security analysis firm that he established to advise family offices.
Edward brings a disciplined analytical mindset and a strong foundation in financial markets to his work. In college, Edward earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Information Systems from Marquette University. While at Marquette, Edward was a member of the Applied Investment Management (AIM) Program, where he gained hands-on experience managing a multi-million-dollar investment portfolio on behalf of the university’s endowment. He also competed and led the university’s club lacrosse team as captain and president, reflecting a strong commitment to teamwork, accountability, and performance.
Edward has completed the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) Program and holds the CFA designation. He continues to deepen his expertise in valuation, corporate finance, and capital markets, bringing thoughtful analysis and attention to detail to each client engagement.
